Google: 21 Days of Gratitude

 Google asked Jam3 to come up with an experiment that would let users use Google Assistant in new ways. We created an experience that let people log something they’re grateful for - every day for up to 21 days. And do it using only their voice.

 The finished product is deceptively simple. A lot went into making sure the user experience was smooth, regardless of whether they were on a screen or non-screen device. We also had to strike the right balance of friendly and fun, on the one hand, a

The finished product is deceptively simple. A lot went into making sure the user experience was smooth, regardless of whether they were on a screen or non-screen device. We also had to strike the right balance of friendly and fun, on the one hand, and highly functional, on the other. When voice applications get things wrong, people get especially exasperated. If you’ve seen people screaming at Siri, you know what I’m talking about.

Anyway, this was a fun project to lead.
